Fall 2012

Holiday Ideas

by Gina Rand

These are some of my favorite things to make as gifts for my family and friends at Christmas.

I made the Chai Tea mix and gave it last Christmas and everyone wanted the recipe. I decided it was a hit and I would share the recipe. It's a great drink to have when your friends come over, they will think you went to alot of trouble. You can drink it this winter when you're cold, curl up on the couch with a cup of hot Chai Tea and it will make everything better!

The Holiday Potpourri is also an easy and fun gift to give. It makes your whole house smell wonderful!

When I have it on the stove simmering everyone wants to know what's cooking! You can put it in any kind of container you want, even a zip lock bag to give away. Make it your own!

This Chocolate Pie recipe has always been a family favorite! My mom made this pie all the time while we were growing up and now it is a favorite of my own family. We have it at every family get together! All this pie needs is to be served with fresh Whipped Cream on top!
